Step 1: Choose your service or subscription

You start by selecting the service or subscription that best fits your situation.

Each service is clearly described on our website so you know exactly what type of support you are purchasing.

Please note:

LifeinNL provides online services only. We do not offer physical products or in-person delivery.

Step 2: Purchase confirmation

Once your payment is completed, your service or subscription is confirmed.

From this moment, your request enters our system and is assigned to one of our team members.

Important:

  • We do not provide service explanations or advice before a service has been purchased
  • Contacting us without selecting a service first will not result in support

Step 3: Personal contact

One of our staff members will contact you the same day after your purchase.

  • Contact is always made by phone or email
  • If the purchase is made on Sunday, contact will take place on Monday
  • Please ensure you provide your correct phone number and email address

Without correct contact details, we cannot deliver the service.

Step 4: Preparation for your service

Some services require specific documents or information.

It is important that you have the correct documents available when the service starts.

If you:

  • Are unsure which documents are required, or
  • Do not know where to find them,
    please inform our staff member immediately.

    We will guide you step by step and explain what is needed.

Step 5: Service delivery & guidance

During the service, one of our employees will personally guide you through the process related to the service you selected.

Honesty & transparency

If incorrect or incomplete information provided by you leads to errors or negative consequences, LifeinNL is not liable for those outcomes.

Language preference

Before the service starts, you must inform us which language you wish to be assisted in.

This ensures clear communication and prevents misunderstandings.

Privacy & security

Your privacy and security are very important to us.

  • All contact is handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • We do not store documents or personal papers after the service is completed
  • We never take control of your digital accounts
  • Assistance is provided only while you are present
  • Usernames, passwords and access credentials are never stored

SMS & email verification codes

Many services require SMS or email verification codes.

Please make sure that during your appointment:

  • You have access to your phone
  • You have access to your email

Verification codes are used only during the service and are never stored.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription:

  • You receive ongoing support during the selected period
  • Subscriptions are cancellable after the selected term (monthly, quarterly or annually)

    No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods

Refunds

If LifeinNL is unable to deliver the purchased service, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • The service has already started or been completed
  • The service could not be delivered due to missing or incorrect information provided by the client

  • LifeinNL provides guidance and administrative support only
  • We are not a government authority, legal representative or official intermediary
  • Final decisions are always made by third-party institutions
